Create your account
Register and sign in with your own account using the account options provided in the application portal.

Request application access
Church administrators approve application access individually. A newly registered account does not automatically have access to the application.

Apply and complete payment
Once approved for access, complete the application, review your details and follow the portal’s payment instructions. Payment does not guarantee credential approval.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Have your details ready.
- Your personal contact and address details.
- Access to the email address associated with your account.
- Your church or ministry name, phone number and address.
- Your application type: new applicant or renewing clergy member.
- Confirmation of whether your address has changed from the previous year.
Important to know
Account approval grants access to apply; it is not approval of ministerial credentials.
Review the fee and currency shown in the portal before proceeding. Stay signed in while completing the payment and returning to the application page.
If you believe a payment has already been made, contact the church before attempting another payment.
